How are my goods packaged and sent to me?

They are sent via Australia Post by registered Mail. They are rolled and placed securely in a cylinder ready for framing.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Our standard quote time is 3 - 4 weeks after receipt of payment. This does not apply to Portrait Art, we can advise at time of order.

What if my order is damaged in transit.

Once it is confirmed that it is damaged, notify us immediately and we will discus with you the method of returning and exchange. See our Damaged goods policy.
