Shipping Policies
Postage and Handling
The canvas paintings will be rolled and placed in a cylinder for safe delivery, ready for framing. It is the responsibility of the customer to Frame the paintings. In this way Aboriginalartpainting.com is able to give you, the customer, FREE Postage and Handling. Please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks for delivery upon receipt of payment.
Damaged Goods Policy
In the event that you receive your package and it appears the cylinder is damaged please open immediately to confirm that the painting has not been affected. If it has been damaged contact us immediately, as our goods are dispatched in first quality condition. We will contact you to discuss further arrangements for the return and replacement of the damaged goods.
